User Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.1.2 You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, you must obtain parental consent to use PawPet.1.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

User Content

2.1 PawPet allows you to customize your own virtual pet and journal. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload while using PawPet ("User Content").2.2 By creating or uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation of PawPet.2.3 You are solely responsible for any User Content you create or upload, and you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license described in section 2.2.

Privacy

3.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your information. By using PawPet, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

4.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to PawPet at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability to you.
